Order
Yes, the net stock level is displayed for each item or its variant. The dispatch takes place on working days from 3 pm, via DHL. Please note the dispatch countdown on the item.
The actual net stock is displayed for 1 - 10 items. From 10 pieces, ‘More than 10 pieces in stock’.
Choose your favourite payment method and your parcel will be on its way via DHL in no time. The following payment methods are available to you:
PayPal, credit card, Amazon Pay, invoice (30 days payment term), direct debit, Giropay, DHL cash on delivery, prepayment, Bancontact, BLIK, eps, iDEAL, MyBank, Przelewy24, Trustly.
For every successfully received order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. If you have not received an email, please check the spam folder of your email inbox. Make sure that you also retrieve the email address that may be stored as an additional email address with the payment service provider (PayPal or Amazon Pay).
If you have not received an e-mail, we have not received your order. In this case, please order again and make sure that you finalise the purchase with us in the shop after the payment provider.
You will receive an e-mail with the subject ‘Shipment tracking & invoice’ after each outgoing goods shipment. The e-mail contains a link to the shipment tracking. If your delivery consists of several parcels due to size or weight, the parcel numbers and the tracking links will be separated by a comma.
We do not dispatch part deliveries. All parcels are dispatched by 3 p.m. on working days as stated on the item and in the shopping basket when the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail with the subject ‘Track & Trace & Invoice’ after each dispatch. The e-mail contains a link to track your shipment. If your delivery consists of several parcels due to size or weight, the parcel numbers and the tracking links will be separated by a comma. Please note that goods labelled ‘bulky goods parcel’ in the item description may take a few days longer to arrive.

If you prefer a different payment method, please place a new order using the desired payment method. The first, unpaid order will then be cancelled.
Items with a stated availability of ‘Not in stock’ are backordered. If you enter your email address in the ‘Email’ field, you will receive an email. In the e-mail you will find a link for confirmation. As soon as you have clicked on the link, the automatic availability notification is active and you will be notified when the desired item is back in stock and can therefore be ordered.
The estimated delivery date is displayed on the item and in the shopping basket for the respective country of delivery. Please note that we have no influence on the delivery times of the carriers. The standard DHL delivery time for the selected delivery country is shown here.
Possible deviations for items labelled ‘DHL bulky goods, delivery may take a few days longer.’ are labelled.
Your parcel will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment and as soon as your parcel is packed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us by e-mail.
Your parcels will be collected by DHL lorry from Monday to Friday, daily from 15:00. Please also note the dispatch countdown on the item.
Our shipments do not have any detours via post offices etc., but go directly to a DHL distribution centre in Eichenzell (in the middle of Germany). This guarantees the fastest route to you for our parcels.
We deliver worldwide. When ordering, select your desired delivery country on the item or in the shopping basket. The shop system shows you the prices excluding VAT depending on the country of delivery and adds the shipping costs for the selected country of delivery.
The easiest way to calculate your shipping costs directly is in the shopping basket. Place the goods in the shopping basket and select the country of delivery, and the shipping costs to the respective country of delivery will be displayed. From a value of goods of 200€, we ship free of charge within Germany.
If you select a delivery country outside the EU on the item or in the shopping basket, the shop system switches to net prices without VAT and adds the shipping costs to your delivery country.
Shipping and export is carried out by DHL.
We therefore do not offer a subsequent refund of German VAT for deliveries to the borders and independent export.
We deliver tax-free to companies in the EU. To make tax-free purchases, please enter your company name and VAT ID number in the appropriate fields when ordering. The shop system will then show you the prices without VAT and you can make tax-free purchases.
Please pay attention to the correct format of the VAT ID number. For example:

If you have not yet received a ‘Track & Trace & Invoice’ email, we can still process your order. This is possible with the payment method prepayment and DHL cash on delivery. Please reply to the confirmation of receipt email.
If you have already paid for the goods by PayPal, credit card, AmazonPay, Ratepay invoice purchase, giropay or SEPA direct debit, we will cancel your order and refund the payment. You can then reorder all the items you want together and pay using the desired payment method.
Orders for dispatch items are only accepted via the webshop. To do this, place the desired goods in the shopping basket. There you have the option of paying by express checkout using PayPal, debit or credit card or AmazonPay. If you wish to use a different payment method, you will also find the following payment methods in the checkout: purchase on account (payment term 30 days), giropay, prepayment, SEPA direct debit and DHL cash on delivery.
The ordered goods will be dispatched by DHL on the same day after receipt of order and payment, on working days by 3 pm. You can find out more under Payment & Delivery.

If you have a workshop appointment, you can order shipping items when you create the order using the contact form. The items will then be ready for you in the workshop for your appointment. If you need the dispatch items before your workshop appointment, please order them via the webshop.

We do not offer shipping via DHL Express or other express service providers.

Our range is constantly being expanded with high-quality, vehicle-specific accessories for the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo.
For capacity reasons, we are only active in the B2C | end customer business.
We do not have a dealer shop or dealer conditions. A B2B shop for Mercedes-Benz and camping accessories dealers may be created in the near future.
Customer account
If you order via your customer account instead of as a guest, you have access to your watch list, saved shopping basket across all devices, overview of all your orders, tracking of your consignments, access to invoices for shipping and workshop orders, option to store multiple shipping addresses, simple login via email address and password.
To reset your password, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ in the ‘Login’ area. A window will open in which you enter your e-mail address and confirm with ‘Send’. You will then receive an e-mail containing a link to set a new password. After assigning the new password, you will be logged directly into your customer account.
To view your customer number, log in to your account and then go to the ‘My account’ area (on the desktop top right, Hello, Max Mustermann, on the smartphone, the header icon).
Article search
Our entire range is displayed in the main category ‘Everything for the Marco Polo’. There you have the option of filtering by availability, equipment, purpose, electricity | electrics, exterior.
The quickest way to find the right item by purpose is to filter by properties in the main category ‘Everything for the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo’.
For example, you can filter by items in stock so that workshop items are no longer displayed.
You have the option of filtering by availability, equipment, purpose, electricity | electronics, exterior. This also works in every sub-category.
Alternatively, the search in the header is also very precise.
You can ask questions about the item directly on the item in the ‘Enquiry’ tab.

Please use the form to make an appointment.
To arrange a workshop appointment, please use our contact form. This will provide us with all the relevant information so that we can send you a quote and an appointment proposal as quickly as possible.
Payment for smaller workshop orders (daily appointments) is possible on site by EC card (no credit card, no cash). Alternatively by bank transfer / prepayment.
For larger workshop orders, where your vehicle stays with us for several days, we will send you the invoice by e-mail on the day the vehicle is handed in, with a request for payment by the time the vehicle is collected.
If you wish to return the vehicle outside our business hours, please use the key drop-off point, which is located next to the left-hand garage door, below the letterbox.
Please throw the key into the tube below the letterbox, NOT INTO THE MAILBOX.
To make your stay in the Rhön as pleasant as possible while your Marco Polo is in our workshop, we would like to give you some ideas for accommodation and activities.

Workshop items are not dispatched, installation takes place exclusively in our workshop.
Your Marco Polo is safe with us, in the alarm and video-secured workshop. Your vehicle is also insured against vandalism, theft, water, storm and fire during its stay.
Vehicles that remain with us for longer after completion of the job are stored in external garages with shore power connections.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please let us know in writing at least 6 weeks before the deadline. This will enable us to create the necessary capacity in our workshop and ensure that the required material is available for your order.
Workshop customers can park another vehicle or trailer in the gravelled area (Peter-Seifert Str. 8, 36129 Gersfeld) below the workshop during the agreed appointment period.
The gravel site is owned by the garage and is not towed away. The car park is freely accessible, not secured by an alarm system and only partially under video surveillance. We accept no liability for vehicles parked on the site.
